Peerwith is an open and transparent platform where in theory all possible users can subscribe and offer their services. In practice, experts with ratings, especially good ratings, get more exposure on the platform and are more likely to be picked for their next service request. So rating is not for yourself, rating is to help the expert in getting more exposure and more important, to help your collegae researchers pick the best possible expert.
- If you are happy with the work the expert did for you, please rate and provide feedback. The "public" part of the rating will appear on the Expert page of the expert, so other (potential) clients can see it.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the work, please also rate and provide constructive criticism for the expert to work on and/or to let the next client know about possible attentionpoints.
If you are really not happy with the work, we encourage you to contact the expert first and challenge them to improve. If they are unwilling, feel free to rate low. But please offer them a chance to improve, or escalate towards Peerwith team.
