I need my institutions to pay, how to solve?

Once you connect with an expert, you, the individual user / researcher of Peerwith, is confronted with the payment options. This is after you made a connection, after you agreed on terms of service including the transaction amount.

So next step is the payment. If you need your institutions to pay, we have two options.

1. You just need somebody else to make the payment. In such case, send us a request on [e-mail]. We will then send a special PayPal payment request email, that you can easily forward to the responsible persons.
2. You need also an invoice on Institutional level. For this purpose we offer our Institutional solution. Please contact us on [e-mail] and we will send you additional information.
