The Peerwith user who is offering a service, is the service provider, also known as the expert. The Peerwith user who is requesting a service, is the client. Peerwith just provides the platform.
The expert provides a service to the client and therefore the expert as service provider is obliged to send an invoice to the client.
The client makes the payment to Peerwith, since we act as the trusted third party. We hold on to the payment on a secure suspense account, which enables us to mediate in case of disputes.
When the client is satisfied, Peerwith makes the payment to the expert. We simply keep a small percentage to cover our fee, for which we send an invoice to the expert.
