Where do you keep "my" data?

Text messages, instructions, user details, etc, are stored in a database. Technically, it is a MongoDB database.

Uploaded files/documents are stored on a server, technically, a S3 bucket.

Both the database and S3 bucket are located in the cloud from Amazon Webservices (AWS). Note that AWS is by far the largest cloud provider in the world. It employs all the top security experts in the world. We believe your data is safer with AWS, then it would be with any provider.

Both the database and S3 bucket are running under a Peerwith account, in the AWS cloud, in the EU-west (Ireland) region. AWS IAM roles system guarantees that only Peerwith assigned users have access to the data, not even AWS system engineers.

The data is stored in the cloud, located within European Union.
