Peerwith provides the platform for the author / client to connect directly to any expert / service provider. We don't provide the service ourselves, the (freelance) experts do. So as a company, since we are not the service provider, Peerwith will not provide any (editing) certificate or such.
You may ask the expert to provide a certificate, in practice most of them will. It might help to be clear about this early on, in the negotiation phase. You can select the expert based on this aspect and work only with an expert that can provide the certificate, if that is important for you.
