Our service fee is a percentage of the full transaction fee, but there is a minimum fee visible while preparing your quote. We allow for quotations at low rates or you could even offer your services for free, in which case our service fee is set at the minimum.
- For normal open requests, the minimum fee is US$20.
- For recurring business requests between client & expert that previously connected on the platform, the minimum fee drops to US$5. This is applicable for additional work as well.
For any transaction above approximately $167, the service fee is 10 - 20% which is higher than the minimum fee. So the minimum fee no longer applies.
