If no connection has been made within two weeks after the request has been posted, the system will close the request because of inactivity. This measure helps the experts to filter out requests to which the client is unlikely to respond. Sometimes, however, the reason for inactivity is that the client has been busy. If this is the case, please contact info@peerwith.com or submit a support ticket, and we will re-open the request.
