Why should I exchange all the documents on the platform?

For long running jobs, it is not unusual if Expert and client go off-platform, simply because it is more convenient. Peerwith Team is ok with this, don’t worry. We do, however, require you to stay on the platform with the crucial communication like the delivery, the price & service negotiations, invoicing and certificates.

The reason for that is that in the context of anti-money-laundering regulations, the Dutch authorities require us to check if actual service is provided that matches with the flow of funds between a client and an expert. So, if the Peerwith Team doesn’t see any delivered documents on the platform while there is a financial flow, we are legally required to block the pay-out.
