I delivered the work, but I have not heard anything from the client. What should I do?

You do not have to do anything. We advocate that we let the client decide when they would like to flag the request as Accepted, but we prefer to keep it within reason. Therefore, we have special procedures in place. Once a week, the requests set as Delivered will be reviewed. If the request has been flagged as Delivered a week ago, and there is no communication from the client, we send them a reminder, asking them to flag the request as Delivered. Should there still be no response after another week, we mark the request as Delivered on the client's behalf.
