Due to a techical issue linked to ORCID authentication that occurs from time to time, it may happen that when you try posting a service request, you get "error, please contact support."
We apologize for the inconvenience and are trying to sort this out at our earliest.
In the meantime, what you can do is try breaking up the process in two steps.
Step 1: sign up/log in first, then from the Dashboard request service and proceed with step 2: post a request.
The error shouldn't occur when the user is already signed up & logged in.
